The controversial FC Barcelona striker was punished during the World Cup for his third biting offence and slapped with a four-month ban.
Whilst this includes all competitive matches, the former Liverpool man has been allowed to take part in the international friendlies.
He may be a little off the pace after so much time off, but Uruguay’s games against Saudi Arabia and Oman could be a fantastic chance to see if Suarez is still in the same form he showed for the Reds so consistently last year.
