Keane lays into former boss Sir Alex Ferguson in his autobiography
Despite winning so much together there has been a tension between the current Aston Villa assistant manager and Ferguson since the former left the Theatre of Dreams in 2005.
Sir Alex then went onto criticise Keane in his own autobiography – released after he retied in 2013 – and now the 43-year-old has responded to the Scot.
“For Alex Ferguson not just to criticise myself but other players who were part of a team that brought some good days to lots of supporters… for him to criticise that, when you think of what he made out of it – he made millions of pounds out of it,” the ex-Ireland international was quoted by the Mirror.
