Walcott starts for the Gunners against Blackburn Rovers.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger and the clubs’ supporters will all be smiling at this sight – Theo Walcott taking to the field for the first time since his serious injury sustained in an FA Cup tie against Tottenham Hotspur in January. Walcott is starting, alongside fellow injury returnee Serge Gnabry and also Abou Diaby, as Arsenal’s Under 21 side take on Blackburn Rovers at Meadow Park in Borehamwood this evening.
