Barcelona’s star striker has said that the team’s game against Ajax is just as important as El Clasico.
Neymar has said that Barcelona’s game against Ajax is just as important as El Clasico later in the week, report Goal.com.
The prodigal Brazilian also said that he is excited about the prospect of playing with Luis Suarez…
Speaking at a press conference before Barcelona play Ajax tomorrow in their Champions League Group Stage fixture, Neymar said, “Tuesday we have a match we have to win, and only after that we will start thinking about El Clasico. What is more important for me – scoring tomorrow or scoring at the Santiago Bernabeu? Both.”
Neymar has been in fine form this season, and says that he is excited by the impending return of Luis Suarez to action. “For me Messi is the best player in the world, and I am happy to play with him. But Luis Suarez is there among the best too and I am sure he will bring many good things to our team.”
With Suarez coming in to the team and Messi and Neymar both in great form, El Clasico should be a cracker. Whatever Neymar may think, it is still the biggest game this week for most football fans.
