Bernabeu side happy to sell Welshman to Man United with move for Stamford Bridge attacker in the pipeline.
Real Madrid are reportedly ready to sell Gareth Bale to Man United as they set their sights on ready made replacement Eden Hazard according to the Metro.
The Bernabeu side are happy to accept £90m from Louis van Gaal and will then hope to persuade Jose Mourinho to sell Chelsea attacker Hazard to his former club.
Van Gaal is known to be a ‘big fan’ of Bale and having landed Angel di Maria from the Spanish giants over the summer the Dutchman may be confident of repeating the trick though a January sale does seem hugely unlikely.
Indeed the idea that Mourinho would sell Hazard, one of the most crucial members of Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea side, to Real Madrid is also fairly unlikely to say the least.
Hazard finished last season as Chelsea’s leading Premier League goal-scorer and top assist maker to boot and whilst the arrivals of Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas have helped to shoulder the burden in both these areas the Belgian isn’t a player Mourinho would entertain offers for.
