England maintained their 100 per cent record in Euro 2016 qualifiers on Saturday night by beating Slovenia 3-1 at Wembley Stadium.

After an uninspiring goalless first-half, Slovenia edged ahead on 57 minutes when Jordan Henderson headed into his own net.

However, England responded excellently. They were level within two minutes thanks to a Wayne Rooney penalty, which he had won himself.

A quick-fire Danny Welbeck double then completed the turnaround.

Here’s how Roy Hodgson’s men rated…

GK: Joe Hart – 6/10

Looked full of confidence. Seemed to be on his way to a fifth consecutive international clean sheet, before being beaten by Henderson’s bullet header, which left him with no chance.
