Gunners will have to wait to land striking sensation.
Palermo wonderkid Paulo Dybala will wait until next summer before considering a move away from the Serie A club, according to Spanish source Fichajes.net.
The Argentine youngster, 21, has been in superb form in the Italian top flight in recent times, attracting strong interest from Premier League giants Arsenal ahead of the January transfer window.
The Gunners are keen to improve their attacking options this winter after struggling without the likes of Olivier Giroud and Theo Walcott during spells out injured, while £16m summer signing Danny Welbeck has not quite reached his best form at the Emirates Stadium.
Dybala could make a top class addition for Arsene Wenger’s side, but it has now emerged that the north Londoners will have to wait until next summer to sign the player.
Dybala is seemingly in no hurry to leave Palermo, and will continue his development with the Serie A outfit for the time being, before making a decision on his next club at the end of this current season.
With 67 first-team appearances under his belt already, Dybala has been a regular for Palermo since the 2012/13 season, and has managed 12 goals for the senior side.
