David de Gea to be given £36m contract to ward off Real Madrid interest
The goalkeeper is set to be rewarded with a bumper new deal to keep him at the Theatre of Dreams as Madrid look to sign the 24-year-old themselves.
According to the Daily Star de Gea will be given a £140,000-a-week offer over five years – which equates to a whopping £36m.
The Spain international has been in fine form in recent times and is now considered among the best stoppers in world football.
