The wing-back looked good going forward, but suspect at the back. Its becoming a weekly admonishment for him.
RWB) Jordan Henderson, 6
Out of position for much of the game, but he put in his usual hard working performance on the right.
CM) Steven Gerrard, 7
His two penalties would usually give the Reds the victory, but he was let down by his defence. His play outside the goals was not great however.
CM) Lucas Leiva, 5
The Brazilian perhaps could have done more to protect his back three, and won’t be happy that they conceded two goals.
