Arsenal transfer news
The Gunners have dropped Szczesny in recent games, opting instead to use backup player David Ospina in goal, with the Colombian international joining from Ligue 1 side Nice in the summer.
Still, it may be that Arsene Wenger is also unconvinced by Ospina as a potential successor to Szczesny as number one for Arsenal, with Perin emerging as a top target for the north Londoners.
The 22-year-old has impressed greatly in the Italian top flight in recent times and looks to have a bright future in the game, which could earn him move to the Premier League.
Perin’s fine performances this season have seen him become established as one of the best goalkeepers in Italy.
