Suso heading to the San Siro.
AC Milan are looking to complete a deal to sign young Liverpool playmaker on a four and a half year deal in the coming days, report the Daily Star, despite initial reports having suggested that the Spaniared would be moving to the San Siro on a bosman deal at the end of the season when his Anfield contract expires.
It now appears that the deal taking Suso from Anfield to Serie A is one that is set to be completed this January, however, with members of the AC Milan hierarchy being confident enough to tell the Italian press that a deal to bring Suso to the club is all but complete.
Big things were expected of Suso when he first made the move from La Liga to Liverpool as a teenager, but he has never been able to break into the club’s first team and was farmed back to Spain on loan with struggling Almeria last season.
He impressed enough to earn a place in the Liverpool first team squad for this season, but Brendan Rodgers has not been willing to use him on a regular basis, whilst injuries have also hampered his progress, leading to an imminent Milan move.
