The 21 year old Argentine, dubbed as the ‘New Sergio Aguero‘, has bagged 11 goals and seven assists this season and is the subject of growing interest with the likes of Chelsea, Man United and Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona all keen on the forward.

Arsene Wenger appears keen to see off interest from other prospective suitors with his north London side to hold talks with Palermo’s president Maurizio Zamparini in London this week in a bid to ‘thrash out’ a deal to sign the £29.5m rated South American.

Though currently Wenger appears well stocked for striking options, with the likes of Alexis Sanchez, Danny Welbeck, Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud available to the Arsenal manager, the experienced manager may not want to pass up the opportunity of signing a player considered by many as the ‘Next Big Thing’.
