Groups of West Ham and Stamford Bridge supporters have been caught on video displaying discriminatory behaviour over the past week.

Blues fans were seen pushing a black commuter off the Paris Metro last Tuesday, while Hammers followers were heard singing anti-Semitic chants on the London underground.

Another group of supporters of the East London side have more recently been reported for describing Spurs star Harry Kane as a ‘mong’.

Ouseley said, “We have got to have a high presence. Personally, I would swamp Wembley. The police once used to say, ‘We are going to swamp Brixton, we are looking for the muggers. Any black person, we are going to pick them up and take them off the streets’.”

He added, “Well, they have to swamp Wembley to flush out these people.”

The 69-year-old is also disappointed about the lack of a response from certain governing bodies.

He continued, “We’ve had a statement from the FA, nothing from the Premier League, nothing from the Football League, nothing from the PFA, nothing from the LMA… what’s going on?”

The two London sides face each other in the cup final on Sunday in the first showpiece final of the season.
