The Poland international has been in sparkling form for Torino this season, and has since caught the attention of a number of Premier League sides including Arsenal, Newcastle and West Ham.

Gilk, 27, has banged in six goals so far this term, helping his side up the table and into the running for a place in next season’s Europa League.

The Gunners had been linked with a summer swoop for his signature, but this week he moved to distance himself from the rumours be telling reporters that he is not looking to leave Turin any time soon.

“I recently told our sporting director Gianluca Petrachi that I am not going anywhere,” he said.

“I have a contract with Torino for two more seasons and during the summer break we will think about what to do next.”
