The Welshman, who joined Real from Tottenham Hotspur last season and who has been linked with a return to the Premier League with Manchester United, has seemingly not settled in Spain.

Bale has come under attack from an anonymous team-mate for not putting enough effort in defensively on the pitch, while Marca also claim he has made little effort to integrate into the squad since his arrival.

The 25-year-old is clearly becoming hugely unpopular and has been booed by his own fans at times this season, which could surely lead to a quick exit from the Bernabeu and a return to England if it continues.
