Chelsea play host to Southampton today in a crucial Premier League game which will go some way to deciding where the Premier League trophy will end up and help us see exactly where the top four race will go.
Jose Mourinho’s side currently sit top of the league, five points clear, with two games in hand on their nearest rivals, Manchester City in second.
Southampton, on the other hand, are four points off the top four and with a win today could make the run-in to the end of the season very interesting.
Ramires is left out in the only change from Chelsea game against PSG while Shane Long starts for Southampton, with Graziano Pelle left on the bench.
