Liverpool’s RETIRED international Kolo Toure named in Ivory Coast squad!

Liverpool defender Kolo Toure has been named in the Ivory Coast squad – despite announcing his retirement after the 2015 African Cup of Nations, the Mirror report.

The 34-year-old is clearly so highly thought of by his country that they couldn’t help but put his name in the team to face Angola and Equatorial Guinea.

Hilariously, the Ivory Coast staff are still on a high from their AFCON triumph, as not only was the retired Liverpool ace named, but goalkeeper Boubacar Barry, who also quit the international scene after the tournament, has been named, too.
