Arsenal forward Olivier Giroud believes that the Gunners are still in with a chance of winning the Premier League, reports the Daily Express.
The North London club are currently seven points behind leaders Chelsea, with the Blues also having a game in hand on their local rivals. With the pair still to play each other there is a chance that Arsene Wenger’s side could haul in their counterparts.
However, it could well take winning all of their remaining games to do so.
The France international was named player of the month for March on Saturday, and will be hoping to continue his current form in the run in to the end of the campaign.
Since performing terribly in their loss to AS Monaco, the 28-year-old has been putting in some stellar performances for Arsenal.
Giroud said: “Yes [we can win the title] but it will be difficult, I try to be honest, I believe we need to win every game. Let’s win every game and then see their (Chelsea and Manchester City) results. If they win all their games, their destiny is in their hands. We know what we have to do and we want to keep it up.”
