Liverpool host QPR on Saturday and the Reds have left Mario Balotelli out of the entire matchday squad due to a foot injury.
The Reds haven’t won in three games in all competitions. In the Premier League they have lost to Hull City and drawn with West Brom, while perhaps more disappointingly they were knocked out of the FA Cup by Aston Villa at the semi final stage. These defeats have put pressure on manager Brendan Rodgers, with it looking likely that they will both not win any silverware and not qualify for the Champions League.
Balotelli has looked especially poor during the terrible run of results, and is injured for this match. Rickie Lambert comes in for the Italian, and Jordon Ibe is on the bench to reinforce the forward areas if needed.
