Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur target Florian Thauvin has admitted that he doesn’t know whether he will be leaving Olympique de Marseille this summer.
The forward, dubbed the ‘new Zidane’, has been heavily linked with a move away from the Stade Velodrome during the upcoming transfer window.
The likes of Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United have been linked with the temperamental forward, who has represented France at U21 level.
Indeed, Thauvin may not be the only departure from OM this summer. In need of funds, the club are set to witness a mass exodus of players with the likes of Andre-Pierre Gignac, Steve Mandanda and Giannelli Imbula all linked with a move away from the club.
Liverpool and Spurs target Andre Ayew is coming to the end of his contract, veteran Rod Fanni is also set to leave, while Lucas Ocampos may return to AS Monaco at the end of his loan deal.
Thauvin, who was signed from LOSC Lille last summer, may well be set to join them.
“Concerning my future, we don’t know what will happen,” the right-sider said, as reported by Le 10 Sport.
“We don’t know the position of the club at the end of the season,” he continued, “I will soon see clearly what will happen if the club need money and I must be sold.
“My position is to succeed with OM.”
