According to Record the first choice for the Eredivisie reigning champions was Karim Rekik who currently plays for Manchester City, but the defender is not willing to leave his team at the moment.

PSV are especially interested in Hector Moreno because he is familiar with the Dutch league after he played for AZ Alkmaar in the past. Reyes on the other hand could be a great investment for the future.

Moreno debuted with Pumas in 2006 and moved to Alkmaar two years later. After 4 successful consecutive years in the Eredivisie, including a league title in 2009, the Mexican defender moved to the Spanish league to play with Espanyol.

Diego Reyes was part of the under 23 squad who won gold in the 2012 Olympics in London against Brazil, his debut was with Club America in 2010 and he left to play with Porto in 2013.
