Spanish giants Barcelona are said to be positive that in-form forward Neymar will sign a new deal with the club despite their recent tax issues, according to the Daily Express.
Doubts were raised over the player’s future recently when his father claimed that the recent tax problems his son faced could force him to leave Spain and flee to England.
This uncertainty put Manchester United, who tried signing Neymar for a record fee of £139million last summer, on red alert.
However, club secretary Roberto Fernandez believes it will only be a matter of time before he commits his future to the club.
