Mesut Ozil has taken to social media to relive his first UEFA Champions League experience.
The 27-year-old uploaded an image to Instagram of his time at Real Madrid where he made his Champions League debut. Ozil was signed by Madrid from Werder Bremen under the stewardship of Jose Mourinho.
The Germany international later went onto join Arsenal for a club record fee where he racked up 19 Premier League assists last season. Ozil is expected to feature for Arsenal this weekend when they take on Watford FC.
