Arsenal have reportedly sent scouts to Italy to take a closer look at Juventus starlet Moise Kean who could make his first-team debut this week.

The 16-year-old has made five appearances so far this season for the Primavera side including in the UEFA Youth League, and has scored five goals already.

It’s just another indication of how talented he is, and according to Calciomercato, Arsenal are keen to monitor him and get a closer look at what he can offer.

The youngster has been included by Massimiliano Allegri in his squad to face Sampdoria tonight, with many believing that he could play a part off the bench depending on the result.

It’s claimed in the report that the Gunners had their scouts at the San Siro on Saturday in the event that Kean got on the pitch, while they will also remain in Italy for the weekend when the Bianconeri take on Napoli in Turin.

While the report goes on to add that Arsenal have been tracking him for some time as he has worked his way through the Under-15 and Under-17 sides at the club, it remains to be seen whether or not they are left impressed by him and in turn make a move.

If Juve are unable to provide the starlet with the assurances over playing time that he desires moving forward, then it does create an opening for Arsenal to exploit as they have shown for a number of years that they are more than willing to give young players a chance.

However, they will firstly make a decision on whether or not Kean is worth the pursuit, with Juve undoubtedly likely to be hoping to keep hold of him.
