Manchester United and Chelsea fans will be all too familiar with Radamel Falcao’s misfirings. The Colombian endured two horror loan spells in the Premier League before opting to remain at parent club AS Monaco this campaign.
He has shown glimpses of his former self this season, but it seems as though you cannot guarantee which Falcao is going to turn up.
Tonight, thankfully for Spurs, it was the wasteful and ineffective one. He was given a golden opportunity to put his side ahead from the spot, but he scuffed it and it was subsequently saved comfortably by Hugo Lloris.
