If there were question marks hanging over Alvaro Morata still, the Chelsea striker provided an emphatic response with a hat-trick against Stoke City on Saturday.
The 24-year-old has a lot of pressure on his shoulders to score the goals to take Chelsea to trophies this season, and he had made a positive start prior to Saturday’s trip to the Bet365 Stadium.
However, he added an exclamation mark to that with a stunning hat-trick against the Potters, with the pick of the bunch his second as he ran half the length of the pitch showing off his pace, strength and close control before producing a delightful finish, as seen below.

That’s a first Chelsea hat-trick for the Spaniard as he takes his overall tally to six in seven appearances for the Blues so far this season.
With Diego Costa moving on, it looks as though Chelsea have their new hero to fire in the goals this season, much to the delight of Antonio Conte after he snapped him up this past summer.
