It might not be every day that Cesc Fabregas is offered a proposition from one of his Twitter followers, but that’s what he found on his account on Sunday.
Fresh from helping Chelsea secure a 1-0 win over Manchester United at Stamford Bridge, one of his fans wanted to take things a little bit further.
The 30-year-old has played a prominent role for Antonio Conte’s side so far this season and so it’s no surprise he’s a popular man, as he’s made 17 appearances in all competitions, providing four assists and scoring a goal in that time on the pitch.
It seems as though he won on and off the pitch on Sunday though, as after a Twitter user asked if she could ‘spend the night’ with him, he produced a brilliant response as wife Daniella Semaan may well have been keeping a watchful eye.
“No thank you. My wife is miles ahead of anyone,” the former Arsenal and Barcelona midfielder wrote back. Well played, Cesc!
Based on the retweets, likes and comments it received, it looked like it went down a storm, while the Twitter user in question seemed to take it quite well too.

A glance at Semaan’s Instagram page shows exactly why Fabregas came back with that response, as the Lebanese beauty looks stunning in her pictures.
The pair have three children together, and Fabregas will be hoping that he can bring home some more trophies and winner medals in the years ahead even though Chelsea have their work cut out for them in both the Premier League and Champions League this season.
Antonio Conte’s men slipped up to be left nine points adrift of Man City, and still at risk of missing out on the knockout stage in Europe for now, but Fabregas can toast to a good weekend it seems!
