Arsenal fans took to social media to praise Theo Walcott after the former-Gunner scored a brace for Everton tonight.
Walcott starred in a 2-1 home win for Everton as the England star grabbed both goals for the Gunners.
The former Arsenal star gave Everton the lead on the 25th minute and then doubled the lead for the home side by scoring his second on the 39th minute.
Walcott moved from Arsenal to Everton in the January transfer window with it appearing that the star had grown frustrated at the limited amount of playing time he was seeing at the Emirates with Walcott often having to solely rely on the Europa League to get minutes under his belt. The fee exchanged between the two clubs is reported to be in the region of £20m. (Fee per Sky Sports)
Arsenal this week fell to a 3-1 away defeat to Swansea and were fruitless in front of goal.
Many Arsenal fans now appear to believe that Walcott could be a huge miss at the Emirates with the star already starting to shine for Sam Allardyce’s side just two games into his Everton career.
