According to Fabrizio Romano, writing on Benchwarmers, this could now mean a change at Real and Barca, with a decision to come on Ronald Koeman’s future in the next few days.

The Dutch tactician could still stay at the Nou Camp, but nothing is set in stone, and Real Madrid are in a similar situation with Zinedine Zidane.

Romano claims that Florentino Perez is prepared to keep Zidane, but there have also been talks with Massimiliano Allegri over replacing the Frenchman just in case he decides to move on.

Atletico winning another La Liga title under Simeone is certainly a great story, and it could have the potential to cause further chaos for their rivals this summer.
