Celtic midfielder Victor Wanyama has put a host of top clubs on alert after hitting his future may lie elsewhere according to The Daily Mail.

The powerful midfield enforcer has been in great form for his side this season and has attracted the attention of a number of top European sides.

The likes of Manchester United have been closely linked with the player in recent times and it is thought that Celtic face a battle to hold on to the player.

The 21-year old added fuel to the fire yesterday when he cast doubt over whether the Celtic side in its current incarnation would remain together for much longer.

Speaking after Celtic were knocked out of the Champions League by Juventus, Wanayama said, ‘We have become a better team the longer it has gone and we can be better again next season.

‘What I don’t know is whether we will all be together again next season. I hope so, but no one knows yet. I believe if we stay together, we can get better. We just have to wait and see.’

Wanyama has become an integral part of his Celtic team but the Parkhurst club will struggle to reject a bid in excess of £10 million.
