Juventus to compete with Chelsea and Manchester City for Higuain.
Serie A giants Juventus have entered the race for Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain, according to talkSPORT.
Chelsea have also stepped up their interest in the Argentinian hit man, as they look like missing out on Atletico Madrid star Radamel Falcao, as well as Borussia Dortmund’s Robert Lewandowski.
Higuain has been placed up for sale by Real Madrid as they look to fund a big-money move for Tottenham star Gareth Bale, and a number of clubs would be keen to take on the out-of-favour forward.
Manchester City, Liverpool and Spurs have also been mentioned as being interested in the 25-year-old, but Juventus now seem to be in pole position to lure him away from the Bernebeu.
The Italians are keen to build on their second successive Serie A triumph by progressing further in the Champions League, and have already added talented Athletic Bilbao striker Fernando Llorente to their ranks for next season. Some reports claim that Manchester City’s Edin Dzeko could also follow.
But they face the prospect of losing Mirko Vucinic, who is a target for Manchester United, in what could be a busy summer in Turin.
