David Moyes has a lot to thank Sir Alex Ferguson for but he must the rueing the day his predecessor let Paul Pogba slip through his fingers. The France international left United on a free for Juventus in summer 2012 and played a key role in helping the Old Lady to the Scudetto in his first season. Since leaving Old Trafford, the 20-year-old has established himself as one of the finest midfielders in Europe and is a shoe-in for the France squad at next summer’s World Cup. But Juventus have admitted they may not be able to hold on to their prized asset, which could open the door for a shock return to Manchester. It remains to be seen if Pogba would welcome a return to the club which he feels did not give him a fair chance, however.
