Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is to make a summer move for Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira according to talkSPORT.
The former Bernabeu boss has apparently set his sights on the German international and talks between the two sides are already in progress.

The 26 year old is out with a long term knee injury but this isn’t an issue for Chelsea, with Mourinho keen to add further quality options to boost his central midfield options.
It seems likely that young Spaniard Oriol Romeu will leave Stamford Bridge on a permanent basis in the summer following his loan spell at Valencia and Michael Essien has already left for AC Milan and fellow defensive midfielder John Obi Mikel may well follow suit.
Man United failed in their attempts to sign Khedira but Mourinho may feel his previous working relationship with the tough tackler will aid Chelsea’s bid for his services.
Former Blues boss Carlo Ancelotti may well be ready to cash-in on Khedira having brought in youngster Asier Illarramendi last summer and having subsequently tied down Xabi Alonso to a new contract.
Mourinho has already started his midfield re-shuffle by bringing in Serbian Nemanja Matic, who has looked very impressive since his January move to Stamford Bridge.
