Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is ready to sell winger Angel Di Maria and Arsenal are said to be keen on signing the Argentine international according to Football Direct News.
Ancelotti is keen to make changes this summer as he pursues a number of additions and will listen to offers for the 26 year old wide-man, who upset a portion of the Bernabeu faithful with an apparent offensive gesture directed at them earlier this season.
The former Benfica man has scored just three goals in 26 La Liga appearances this season and perhaps tellingly of the 21 matches he has started Ancelotti has hauled the attacker off on 13 occasions.
With Theo Walcott struggling with injuries and Lukas Podolski having an up and down campaign there is perhaps scope for a wide attacking addition to Arsene Wenger’s squad.
Having successfully snapped up Mesut Ozil from the Spanish giants the North London club may be confident of landing Di Maria, who would cost far less than the German international.
