Real Madrid are reportedly interested in signing Man United forward Robin Van Persie and could pick up the 30 year old Dutchman for as little as £20m according to the Daily Mail.

Van Persie is said to have been unhappy with life under David Moyes and even though his national team coach Louis van Gaal looks likely to take over at Old Trafford the former Arsenal man may well still be tempted by a fresh challenge at the Bernabeu.
Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti may well be keen to strengthen his attack and could see the Man United man as a better option than Karim Benzema, who is currently his first choice central striking weapon, where he is ably supported by wide attackers Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale.
Van Persie scored 30 goals in his debut season at Man United but has suffered with injury concerns this term and the fact that his current club failed to secure a Champions League berth could leave the prolific marksman considering his options.
