Liverpool summer signing Mario Balotelli has used Instagram to express his excitement at making his first home appearance for the Reds.
Balotelli signed from AC Milan in a £16m move last month, before making his Liverpool debut in a 3-0 win at Tottenham Hotspur.
Because of the international break, he will now have to wait until September 13 to represent the Reds at Anfield.
The 24-year-old is looking forward to that day very much.
Earlier today, he uploaded the below image to Instagram, along with the message: “Looking forwad to my first game in ANFIELD”.
