It appears that Arsenal defender Nacho Monreal spent Wednesday night having a good cry.
The Gunners left-back watched the 2004 cult romantic drama film The Notebook, which is famous for inducing tears.
The Notebook is often referred to as a “chick flick”, but Monreal is clearly a modern man.
Nevertheless, he got plenty of abuse from his Twitter followers after posting the below.
