The Turin based side are keen on bringing in Spaniard Juan Mata according to the Daily Express whilst the Daily Star report that loaned out forward Javier Hernandez is another target.

Juventus have won three successive domestic titles and life under new boss Massimiliano Allegri seems to be going swimmingly so it’s not immediately clear as to why the club would be keen on bringing in attacking reinforcements.

Allegri’s side have a 100% record in Serie A and sit three points clear of AS Roma at the top of the table.

Former Chelsea man Mata is by no means a first team regular under Louis van Gaal and is also being linked with a possible move back to Valencia.

Man United paid £37m to bring in the 26 year old in January and would surely demand a hefty fee for the crafty playmaker.

Hernandez on the other hand is currently at Real Madrid and though the La Liga side have an option to sign the Mexican on an outright basis it’s not entirely clear whether Carlo Ancelotti would do so given the 26 year old is still yet to start a domestic league fixture for the Spanish giants.

That permanent move would apparently cost Real Madrid as much as £18m according to El Confidencial.
