The home side have dropped Yaya Toure to the bench and instead name Frank Lampard in their starting eleven after a fine recent run of form from the veteran midfielder, while Edin Dzeko is only on the bench as Sergio Aguero starts alone upfront.

Tottenham name Roberto Soldado alone upfront instead of Emmanuel Adebayor, with an attacking midfield trio of Nacer Chadli, Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela behind him, while youngster Ryan Mason continues alongside Etienne Capoue in a defensive midfield role.
