With just a single change there’s a shock inclusion for Newcastle United, with Ayoze Perez making his first start for the club. The Spaniard has impressed when coming on as a substitute, and gets the nod after Papiss Cisse failed to make the squad following an injury last week. The Senegalese striker has been in fine form since returning from injury so will be a big loss for Alan Pardew.
