If the La Liga giants do decide to sell the Welsh superstar then compatriot and Manchester United assistant manager Ryan Giggs could have a huge part to play in securing his signature.
The emergence of Spanish play-maker Isco during Bale’s recent injury has seen a more balanced but equally deadly Real Madrid side on display, and it is thought that the former Tottenham man’s unwillingness to track back and defend could see him shipped out after just two seasons with Los Blancos.
At the moment there has been no suggestion that Bale actually wants to leave the Spanish capital, but his long standing relationship with Ryan Giggs could help him to make that tough decision.
