Luis Suarez’s summer move from Liverpool to Spanish giants Barcelona looks set to be the most costly move of 2014 as the deal looks set to reach around £199m, according to Goal.com.

The Catalan giants may have only had to pay a figure of around £75million for the Uruguayan but when taking into account the range of additional fees during his five-year contract, Suarez’s move could potentially cost Barca up to £199m.
The deal will far outweigh 2013’s biggest move that saw Gareth Bale leave Tottenham Hotspur to join Real Madrid, which looks likely to cost the Spanish title contenders £158m.
Although Barca stand to spend the most on a single player, the 2014 Goal Transfer List calculates that Manchester United’s busy transfer windows in 2014 will eventually see the Old Trafford club having to part with close to £400m on the likes of Angel di Maria, Luke Shaw and Juan Mata.
Elsewhere Angel Di Maria’s move to Manchester United is set to cost them around £190.4m, and Arsene Wenger, who has been chastised for not spending enough will see his deal for Alexis Sanchez reach £133m.
