The agent of Chelsea’s Petr Cech has confirmed that the goalkeeper has had talks with Real Madrid over the possibility of a transfer to the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.

Cech’s representative, Victor Kolar, has revealed that his client has spoken to Los Blancos as he continues to look at other options having lost his No.1 spot at Stamford Bridge.
The return of Thibaut Courtois from three successful years on-loan with Atletico Madrid this summer has seen the 32-year-old usurped from the role he has held in West London for a decade.
Several sides have been linked with a move for Cech – including Premier League duo Arsenal and Liverpool, as well as Atleti, Besiktas and AS Roma – and Madrid are clearly being considered as an option as well.
“We’ve been in contact with Real Madrid, but they don’t need a keeper just now,” Kolar was quoted by the Daily Star.
“It’s unlikely Petr will leave Chelsea in the January transfer window. The club and coach want to keep him to help win the title.
“Petr still has the ambition to play as many matches as possible. But it’s impossible now. However, he has a good feeling from the overall attitude towards him.”
Cech has managed eight appearances in all competitions so far this season.
