Falcao missed two glorious chances to score at Loftus Road this weekend.

Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao has told the club’s supporters that the opportunities to score will keep on coming and the goals will flow for him soon, report the Daily Star, despite the Colombian missing two glorious chances to add to his three Premier League goals so far as the Red Devils won at QPR this weekend.

Falcao was denied once by a fine Rob Green save from point blank range and later failed to make any connection with a ball across the six yard box, but the AS Monaco loanee is not yet concerned about his struggles for Premier League goalscoring form.

The former FC Porto and Atletico Madrid man was dropped by Louis van Gaal for the defeat to Southampton seven days ago, but he has told fans that he expects his form and goalscoring record to pick up sooner rather than later:

“It was 90 very important minutes for me.”

“I need to play and I am very happy that I did. Obviously, I really hope to score soon, but the opportunities will come, I am sure of that.”

“I am fine. I feel really good. I am playing without any sort of fitness problems.”
