Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew was clearly delighted after his side’s 3-1 win over QPR at Selhurst Park, so happy in fact he couldn’t speak properly. The silver haired gaffer referred to the second half of the game as “a bit of a damp squid” compared to the first half, in which the Eagles raced into a three goal lead.
