With a complete contrast in meaning for both sides in the West London derby – with the Blues eyeing the Premier League trophy while the Hoops look to avoid relegation – the final result on Sunday afternoon was a huge three points for Jose Mourinho – but an even bigger loss for Ramsey.

Fabregas scored in the 88th minute to break the hearts of QPR fans, which resulted in the Hoops manager dropping to the turf in agonising misery.
