The Red Devils could be in need of a new number one next season after growing speculation that their current star De Gea wants to make the move to the Bernabeu.
The Spanish international’s fine form in the Premier League this season has seen him attract strong interest, with Real now leading the race for his signature as he stalls on signing a new contract at Old Trafford.
Still, according to the Metro, United could bring in a fine replacement in that position, with Louis van Gaal stepping up his interest in Uruguayan shot-stopper Muslera.
The 28-year-old has had a fine season with the Turkish giants and has also attracted some interest from Arsenal in recent times, and could be available for a bargain £15m in this summer’s transfer window.
