United try sensational swap deal for Spurs goal machine…
Manchester United are going to offer Javier Hernandez, Nani, and Adnan Januzaj as part of a £50m offer for Tottenham star Harry Kane, reports Goal.com.
This interest has already made Spurs start to consider offering the 21-year-old a new deal, despite his current contract having another five years on it. This is because at the moment he is only on £35,000 a week, a wage that could be dwarfed by any offer from the Red Devils.
Kane drew the plaudits this season for scoring 32 goals in 53 appearances after being on the fringes of the first team at the beginning of the campaign. He even did enough to earn a place in the England team, scoring on his debut against Lithuania in March.
Although Spurs will want to keep their prize asset at White Hart Lane, the trio on offer could be perfect to rebuild their side. Nani could be a good option on the right, where neither Andros Townsend or Erik Lamela have convinced. Meanwhile Hernandez could replace transfer flops Roberto Soldado and Emmanuel Adebayor up front, and Januzaj could feature on the left to allow Christian Eriksen to play centrally.
