Sergio Ramos to Man United BACK ON! Red Devils eye £58m move for Real Madrid skipper

Agent Francois Gallardo has suggested that Sergio Ramos could yet be a Manchester United player by linking up with the Red Devils in the summer, according to reports in Spain.

The Spanish international allegedly came close to joining United last summer, only for him to agree a new contract extension with Real at the last minute.

However, despite that, his future at the Santiago Bernabeu could be under threat as president Florentino Perez looks to make a dramatic overhaul of his squad in the coming months.

And the report claims that Perez would be willing to cash in on his captain for a fee between £44million and £58.7m, with the Red Devils expected to be at the front of the queue as they continue to monitor his situation.

But Gallardo said that whoever lands the signature of manager Pep Guardiola would be favourites to sign Ramos, meaning Manchester City could also be in the hunt.

Either way, the news will surely provide an extra element of motivation to bring on the former Barca boss in the coming months.
