With the news that Real Madrid will be slapped with a transfer ban for the next two windows, United fans have started working themselves into a frenzy that this will force them into making a return for goalkeeper David de Gea.

Real and Atletico have been hit with bans that will see them unable to register players over the summer and next January, but will be able to operate in the market until the end of the month, meaning that they may be forced to push through any business they want to do over the next few weeks.

And that could see them make a return for goalkeeper David de Gea, whom they attempted to sign over the summer.

Naturally, United fans haven’t taken to they suggestion well, and have already flocked to social media to express their fears at this possible outcome.
